Payment Methods & Replacement Policy
1. Credit or Debit Cards

2. By Bank transfer
To complete your order, deposit the full amount in our bank account:

Then send us the copy of the bank transfer payment to email@example.com.
3. Cash On Delivery (valid only in Greece)
Pay with the delivery of your order at your place.
Replacements & Refunds
You can ask for a replacement or a refund if:
1. The product and its packaging have not been used or damaged and it is in a saleable condition.
2. The product to be accompanied by all necessary documents to prove transaction.
3. Notification to us up until 3 days after product delivery.
Please note that:
- If there is nothing that you may find to replace your product with, you may return the product and receive a personal discount code. You can apply that code on your next order from our e-shop and the amount will be automatically deducted.
- You may apply for a full refund of the money you spent on your order by the same method you used to pay.
- Replacements and returns are not allowed on "sale" items
- In case of replacement, the return shipping cost will be paid by the customer and the replacement shipping cost will be for free.
- In case of refund, initial shipping costs and the return shipping costs will be paid by the customer.
- Prior to any returns, please consult Moustakis Flower & Concept Boutique by email in order to withhold the size or product replaced and the delivery address!
